Please read before you fill out the registration form:
To help ensure consistancey in registrations we prefer to accept registration forms online via our website, if you need to register
using an alternative method please contact us.
Please use the apporpriate registration form depending on if you are a NEW or RETURNING student. If you are a returning student and your contact information has changed since your last registration, please inform us so that we can update your information.
We are currently only accepting cash and checks at this time. When you pay with a check please include your child's first name and
class they are registered for on the Memo line- Example: Sally, Sat. 10am.
To guarantee that every student has personalized instruction, we will enforce our class maximum policy. Classes for ages 2-3 will have a maxium of 10 students per class. Classes for ages 3-4 and older will have a maximum of 12 students.
Please make sure to register early so you can get into your first class choice. We open registration to currently enrolled students for the first week, then we open registration to the public.

Mixed Classes
Kids Soccer, T-ball and Basketball for girls and boys ages 2-8
Your child will have fun while developing sports skills, overall strength, coordination, teamwork, communication and self-respect in a positive and non-competitive environment. We teach the basic soccer, T-ball and basketball techniques through fun games and play.
Head Start Sports
Boys and Girls ages 4 and older
This is a class for those kids preparing for league play and need the extra challenge that will prepare them for the upcoming leagues in Basketball, Soccer and T-ball/baseball. We will concentrate on the game situation and fundamentals.
Tuition
Your tuition must be received one week prior to the start of class, for
your spot to be reserved. In addition, any registration fees must also
be received before we can process your registration form. We can no longer
confirm your spot verbally; we need your completed form and tuition paid.

Holidays and Weather
We will reschedule classes in observation of major holidays, weather,
instructor illness and other circumstances out of our control. Classes
will be added to the end of the session or you will be offered various
make-up options.
