Please make sure to fill out the registration forms completely, as this will ensure you get into your class without delay.

• Coach Derek Inc. is currently only accepting cash and checks at this time. When you pay with a check please include your child's first and last name on the memo line of the check. Example: Memo: Sally Smith.
  
  
• To guarantee that every student has personalized instruction, we will enforce our class maximum policy. This will be determined by the type of class, age range and number of coaches on the field.
  
  
• Please make sure to register early so you can get into your first class choice.
  
  
• Please mail your tuition to our PO BOX before the first day of class. We cannot accept money on the field. In order for your child to be fully registered in the class we must receive your tuition and fees prior to the first day of class.

  We will reschedule classes in observation of major holidays, weather, instructor illness and other circumstances out of our control. Classes will be added to the end of the session or you will be offered various make-up options.
