Tuition, Fees, and Discounts:
- All tuition and fees are due one week prior to your first day of
class.
- Please register online and if you have any questions call/email Ali
Sheppard our administrator.
- We charge a one-time administration fee of $25.00 per child.
- A $10.00 discount is offered per session when more than one family
member is registered, or if a child signs up for multiple classes in
the same semester.
- Refer a friend and you can receive $10 off your next session. Only
2 discounts per session.

Registration:
We open registration to all current families one week before we open
it up to everyone else. If you are a current family and would like to
sign up for the next session you need to make sure you fill out an on
line registration form to secure your spot. Classes fill up fast so be
sure to register early.
New Saturday Class Policy:
We offer four classes on Saturdays at Grandview. These classes fill-up
quickly. We offer current families the first opportunity to register.
We will not offer any refunds or prorate the tuition for this class. All
Grandview and Playa Vista classes are $175 for the 10-week session and
$105 for the 6-week session.
Refunds and Credits:
No refunds will be given for a student if he/she must withdraw after the
second-class meeting. After the second class we will hold the balance
as a credit for one year. Refunds will only be issued as stated above,
when you notify us in writing. We charge a $10 processing fee and the
$25 admin fee is non-refundable. The refund can take up to four weeks.
Transition before and after class:
Please arrive on time. A late arrival is very distracting to the class
and the child coming in late can be apprehensive; especially if this is
your child’s first class.

We welcome all feedback and are always striving to provide the best programs
for your children. Please tell us what you like and what we could do to
