Walk-in Registration:
Location: City Hall, Parks & Recreation Department 1400 Highland
Avenue • Manhattan Beach, CA Hours: Monday–Friday •
8:00 am–5:00 pm Pay by Visa/Mastercard, check or exact cash.
Fax-in Registration:
Visa or Mastercard payment only.
Sign registration form where it says
cardholders signature and provide credit card number and
expiration
date. Please authorize total amount of the transaction.
