Kimberly Davis has more than 20 years of broad-based managerial, marketing and hands-on experience in the fields of health and fitness. A tenacious self-starter, she has earned widespread recognition for her superior customer focus, which is aligned with Coach Derek's philosophy of teaching life skills that children can take into the classroom at all levels and then into the workplace. Kimberly has successfully managed such enterprises as an in-store health clinic offering both wellness and weight control services, yoga studios, health clubs and medical diagnostic services. She has served as a nutritional counselor and an intake counselor for substance abusers, the latter in which her proven ability in conflict resolution benefited countless clients in crisis.

Kimberly fervently believes that a sound mind and sound body work hand in hand to foster a happy and healthy individual. It's that belief that overlays and underpins her two-way communication with clients and helps her continually motivate clients of all ages to achieve to their highest possible level.

She attended Cal State Northridge and has completed several professional development programs that have helped her keep client satisfaction foremost in all of her endeavors.
